Return & Refund Policy

At Camila Couture, we want you to love your new activewear. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must:

  • Be unworn and unwashed

  • Be in its original condition

  • Have all original tags attached

  • Be free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, stains, pet hair, or other signs of wear

For hygiene reasons, underwear and other designated intimate items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund after it has been issued.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective item, damaged item, incorrect item, or an error made by Camila Couture.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for returns due to sizing, fit, color, or change of mind.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, Camila Couture will cover the return shipping cost.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for a different size or color when the requested item is available.

If the requested item is unavailable, we can issue a refund for the returned item.

Sale & Clearance Items

Items marked Final Sale or purchased from our clearance section are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Any special promotional terms will be clearly identified at the time of purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging, when applicable

We will review the issue and work with you to make it right.

Returns that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy may be refused.
